Jett Potter
Helpdesk Technician
Jett works for activIT in the helpdesk team, taking care of incoming calls and email requests. After commencing with us in May 2021, he’s learnt a tonne of new skills and technologies.
He’s currently studying for a degree in Cyber Security at University. When he’s not electric long boarding along the beach or biking on trails, he loves tinkering and improving his home IT lab setup and the very occasional gaming when time permits. Similar to Ben Armstrong, Jett volunteers his time at the Lions Computer Refurbishing Project on the weekends to help with the problems of e-Waste and to give less fortunate people a chance to access technology.
Jett’s passion is for IT and he loves solving people’s technology problems, which motivates him as a technician.
