Adobe fixes critical security flaws in Flash Player
A new version of Adobe Flash Player has been released for Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers, version 16.0.0.296. According to a security advisory published by Adobe, this release fixes a flaw that was being actively exploited to force malware onto PCs. Targeted machines are running Windows XP, 7, 8 and 8.1 using either the Internet Explorer or Firefox web browsers combined with Flash Player versions up to 16.0.0.287. It is recommended to update to the new version of Flash Player as soon as possible to protect yourself from potential malware infection from malicious sites.
