How to set up your Multifactor Authentication
Microsoft 365 accounts

Download the Microsoft Authenticator App
Go to Microsoft’s official page to download and install the app on your mobile device.

Secure your Microsoft 365 Account
From your computer, click here and log in with your work credentials, and add either a Passkey login or Microsoft Authenticator login.

Verify and Complete Setup
Approve the test sign-in notification sent to your phone to confirm MFA is working. You’re now complete!
Google Workspace accounts

Download the Google Authenticator App
Go to Google’s official page to download and install the app on your mobile device.

Secure your Google Workspace Account
From your computer, click here and log in with your work credentials. Under Security, click 2-Step Verification, then follow the prompts to add the Authenticator app by scanning the QR code.

Verify and Complete Setup
Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm MFA is working. You’re now complete!
