Help desk availability update – daylight savings finishes on 5th April

With Daylight Savings finishing on 5th April 2015, our help desk availability changes slightly.
Whilst our national help desk remains available from 8am AEST through to 5pm AWST, help desk support for our clients in Perth change from 5am to 6am, whilst clients in the Eastern States can enjoy support through to 7pm local time instead of 8pm.
