activIT systems celebrates its 10th year of success with new premises in the heart of Malaga, prepares for growth
Locally owned and operated IT services provider, activIT systems, announced today that it is now fully operational in its purpose-built new headquarters in the heart of Malaga, WA, and ready to meet a rise in demand from local businesses.
Anticipating a significant increase in demand for IT services over the next 12 to 24 months, Managing Director, Steve Edwards said “Our new premises has been designed with growth in mind, so that we’ll be able to support our existing clients as well as new clients that come on board. We were becoming cramped in our previous premises, so having sufficient floor space in a clean and modern office environment is key to being able to meet our growth targets.”
“Having a presence in the busiest area of the suburb means we’ll stand out, and in doing so we need to set the benchmark for quality local IT services. We’re positioning ourselves to be the go-to company for any and all IT requirements a business may have in the area”, he added.
Using local suppliers & being environmentally friendly
Engaging local suppliers wherever possible to assist with preparing the new premises was an easy decision to make. “Working with local suppliers was a conscious decision made at the outset of our relocation project,” added Steve Edwards. “From fit out, electrical and data, to furnishings, they’ve all been handled by businesses based in Malaga. The local area has been good to us over the years, so we try to return the favour!”
A conscious effort to be environmentally friendly was made ahead of fit out commencing, and so the new premises is equipped with 100% LED lighting, proximity / motion sensors, and employs a power saving policy for computers and other electrical equipment.
A large advertising campaign is due to get underway in October, taking advantage of the street exposure on Beach Road, and in the local web and paper media.
