Ben is one of our help desk technicians, he is the first point of contact for our clients when they are in need of IT support.
While Ben is completing his Cyber Security degree, he works at our Help Desk assisting our clients with their day-to-day IT problems. He is a President of an ECU esports club & a certified Sophos Sale Consultant & Architect.
Ben’s IT background come from tinkering with IT systems in his home lab. He spends his time outside of work learning new skills that he can apply in the workplace for our clients. In addition, Ben enjoys doing photography, gaming & spending time with friends.
He is driven by his passion for problem-solving, working at the Help Desk challenges Ben to utilise his problem-solving skills to provide our clients with the right solution that can resolve their IT problem.
