We also provide computer support in regional areas around WA

We also look after clients that aren’t in the big smoke, in places like Rockingham, Mandurah, Busselton, Bunbury, Margaret River, Albany, Collie, Boddington, Gingin, Northam, Lancelin, Cervantes, Jurien Bay, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, and everywhere in between.

With WA being very mining-centric for most of the last decade, we’ve also found ourselves working with clients in the resources & oil and gas sectors. We’ve handled on site and remote work in places like Newman, Wiluna, Nullagine, Dampier, and Port Hedland.

Taking care of IT in regional areas does present its challenges, with parts not being readily available and distance a considerable factor that influences on site response times. Our experience has proven that the best way to combat this is to adopt a proactive approach – where prevention of IT issues is better than the cure. Successful results for clients in regional areas are practically guaranteed by being proactive.

Some cool things about our Perth office

Our colour palette theme decorations within our office
Our colour palette theme decorations within our office

In August 2014 we moved into our current office, at Unit 3, 23 Exhibition Drive, Malaga, after four years on Kent Way, also in Malaga. Our new office was an empty shell when we signed the lease, and we’ve completed a custom fit out that suits our requirements perfectly.

  1. We moved from 98m2 to 165m2, and just in the nick of time – we were cramped, on top of each other, and needed not only room to move but room to grow!
  2. We’ve space available to cater for 12 to 14 staff; we’re about halfway there in filling it.
  3. We use 100% LED lighting in the office, saving over 50% on our energy costs.
  4. We love the fact that we have oodles of parking available for visitors and staff – being next to JB HiFi and Beyond Tools means huge car parks and lots of free car bays.
  5. The Fremantle doctor (aka the seabreeze) flows right into our windows at the front of the office, creating a wonderful breeze of fresh air that flows through the office on afternoons!

See what our clients have to say …

The activCloud Hosted Exchange service has saved us around $15,000 per year that would have been spent on in-house maintenance costs.

In addition, our mobile staff are more productive as their connection to the Hosted Exchange server is rock solid, and very fast.
